Kitchen Prep Area and Prep Equipment Reporting

Kitchen prep area and prep equipment reporting involves monitoring and documenting the usage, condition, and maintenance of the preparation area and equipment within a commercial kitchen. It includes tracking the availability and cleanliness of prep stations, countertops, sinks, and storage areas, as well as assessing the functionality and maintenance needs of prep equipment such as cutting boards, knives, mixers, and slicers. This reporting helps kitchen managers ensure the efficiency, safety, and sanitation of the prep area, optimize equipment usage, and schedule timely maintenance or repairs as needed.

  1. Go to Production in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Kitchen Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Kitchen Prep Area and Prep Equipment Reporting.

  5. On “Food Delivery Fromand “To, select the dates of the report to view.

  6. Click on Refresh.

  7. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
