Kitchen Delivery Labels and Packing List Reporting

Kitchen delivery labels and packing list reporting involve generating labels and lists that detail the items to be delivered from the kitchen to various destinations, such as dining areas, catering events, or external deliveries. These labels and lists typically include information such as the name of the food items, quantities, special instructions (e.g., dietary restrictions), destination, and delivery time. This process helps ensure accurate and organized delivery of food items, facilitates efficient packing and transportation, and assists in coordinating logistics for kitchen operations.

  1. Go to Production in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Kitchen Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Delivery, Labels and Packing List Reporting.

  5. On “Food Delivery From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

  6. Click on Refresh.

  7. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 

  8. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

  9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
