You can print or email an invoice with this information. Talk to your Elecate representative regarding the design of your company’s invoice.
Customer Financials
This section of Elecate houses all of your customers’ financial information (separate from the information in Customer Management). It focuses your customers’ billing and payment information.
You can sort, filter, or search for the customer whose financial information you need, or you can add a new one. To add a new customer, go back to Customer Management and add them there.
If you already have a customer inputted into the system and you need to add a new financial record (for example, they have two contacts in their accounting department, or they often submit payment with different tax information), you can do that here.
To see reporting:
- Go to Finance & Accounting in the left side panel.
- Click on Financial Reports.
- Click Invoice Reporting.
- On “Invoice Dates From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
