Ingredient Usage Reporting

Ingredient usage reporting involves tracking and analyzing data related to the consumption and utilization of individual ingredients in food preparation or production. This reporting process includes recording information such as the quantities of ingredients used, the frequency of usage, trends in consumption over time, and variations in usage across different recipes or menu items. Ingredient usage reporting helps food service establishments monitor inventory levels, manage costs, optimize ingredient procurement, and ensure consistent quality and availability of ingredients for menu preparation.

Print Ingredient Usage by Date Range

To see reporting:

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Food Management.
  3. Click Reports.
  4. Click Ingredient Usage Reports.

  5. On “Usage Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

  6. Click on Refresh.

  7. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
