Ingredient Item Reporting

Involves documenting and analyzing data related to the usage, availability, and inventory status of individual ingredients used in food preparation or production. This reporting process includes tracking information such as ingredient quantities on hand, usage trends, replenishment needs, and any variations in quality or pricing. Ingredient item reporting helps food service establishments manage their inventory effectively, optimize purchasing decisions, minimize waste, and ensure consistent quality in menu offerings.

Print ingredient inventory reports, summary reports, etc. 

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Food Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Ingredient Item Reporting.



  5. Click on Refresh.

  6. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 

  7. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
