Identity Roles

Each user can be assigned a different role that will delimit the access they have within the app. The role can be assigned when creating the user, but they can also be changed later on.

To change the role follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings (Gear icon on the top right corner)
2. Go to User Management.
3. Search for the user you want to edit.
4. Open the user tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the user row.
5. Go to the Identity Roles tab.
6. To add a role select from Available Roles the roles this user will have and click on the right arrow to add them. 
7. To remove a role select from User Roles the roles you want to remove and click on the left arrow to delete them. 
8. Click Save.
