This includes tasks such as recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. HR management aims to optimize the organization's workforce, foster a positive work environment, and support the achievement of business objectives through effective management of human resources.  This section allows you to manage and update employee information efficiently.   **To add a new employee:** 1. Go to ***Data Items*** on the left side panel. 2. Click ***HR Management***. 3. Go to ***Data Items*** on the left side panel. 2. Click ***HR Management***. 3.
