HR Management (Active Staff Only)
HR management, or Human Resources management, involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an organization's human capital. This includes tasks such as recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. HR management aims to optimize the organization's workforce, foster a positive work environment, and support the achievement of business objectives through effective management of human resources.
This section allows you to manage and update employee information efficiently.
To add a new employee:
- Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
- Click HR Management.
- Click HR Management (Active Only).
- Click New Entry.
- Fill out the information.
- Click on Save.
To edit an existing employee:
- Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
- Click HR Management.
- Click HR Management (Active Only).
- Click the pencil icon on the Action column.
- Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save.
