How to Set Up Your Company Email in Your Database?

To configure your company's email for outgoing communications from your database, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Go to the App Settings by clicking the Gear Icon in the upper right corner of your screen.



  2. Click to use the search function within the App Settings and type “EmailFrom” to find the setting quickly

  3. Edit the Email Address:
    • On the Action column, click on the pencil icon to modify the “EmailFrom” setting. 
    • In the AppSettingValue field, enter the email address you wish your company to use for outgoing emails. 

  4. Click on the Save button to update the setting with your company's email address.
