How to place a customer on Hold?

To place a customer on Hold, you need to follow these steps:
1. On the left, side panel go to Finance & Accounting

2. Click on Customer Financials

3. Select Customer Financials

4. Choose Customer Financial Management

5. You can either select an existing record or create a new customer by clicking on New Entry

6. In the Contact Tab, you need to go to the Financial Recap section, in the Credit Limit & Terms box, you will find the Account Hold Toggle, turn it on.
