How to attach an Image to an Event:
The user has the option to attach pictures or images, related to the event, they just need to follow the steps below in order to do it:
1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing
2. Click on Event & Order Management
3. You can either select Create New Event Orders, Event Management - All Status Types Included or Event Management - Confirmed Orders Only:
4. Once you have opened any of the previously options mentioned, then you just need to go to the Customer Tab, on the left side of the window you will be able to see the icon to upload the image:
If you have images that exceed the recommended KB, resize the image and upload. This will help with report performance and load times in the event screens.
