On the left side panel, go to **Data Items** 2\. In the **Staff Person Management** window, you can select the skill level for that member, so you need to go to **the Profile Tab**, click on **the Training, Status and Availability section** and look for the **Skill Level drop-down menu (Levels from 0 to 9), then** you can assign the skill level, click on **Save &Close![](https://faq.elecate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-22-2025-08-51-35-0306-PM.png?width=688&height=255&name=image-png-Jul-22-2025-08-51-35-0306-PM.png)** **How to assign a staff member to an event based on the skill type:** 1\. On the left side panel, go **to Production** 2\. Click on **Event Staffing** 3\. Choose the event where you need to assign the staff members, **remember to double click on the event**, on the right side of the screen you will see **the Event´s ID and the Skill type**, double click on the event´s ID ![](https://faq.elecate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-22-2025-09-09-00-7652-PM.png?width=688&height=344&name=image-png-Jul-22-2025-09-09-00-7652-PM.png) 5\.
