Event Response Management by Response Date.

Event response management by response date involves coordinating and managing the RSVPs and responses from attendees within a specified timeframe leading up to an event. This includes tasks such as tracking RSVP deadlines, following up with invitees who have not responded, updating guest lists based on received responses, and addressing any special requests or accommodations. Event response management by response date ensures that event organizers have accurate attendance counts, can make appropriate arrangements, and provide a seamless experience for attendees based on their confirmed responses.

To see reporting:

  1. Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Event & Order Management.
  3. Click Event Response Management by Response Date.

  4. On “Response Date” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

  5. Click on Refresh.

     

  6. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

     

  7. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
