Event Response Management by Event Date.
Event response management by event date involves coordinating and managing the responses and attendance for specific events based on their scheduled dates. This includes tasks such as tracking RSVPs, managing guest lists, confirming attendance, and addressing any changes or updates related to event participation. Event response management ensures that events are properly prepared for and that organizers can anticipate attendance numbers, make necessary arrangements, and provide a seamless experience for attendees based on their expected turnout.
To see reporting:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click on Event & Order Management.
- Click Event Response Management by Event Date.
- On “Event Date” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
