Event Production Team Entry Window
An event production team is a group of professionals responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various aspects of an event, ranging from logistics and technical production to creative design and guest experience. This team typically includes roles such as event planners, producers, coordinators, technicians, designers, and support staff who work collaboratively to ensure the success of the event from conception to completion.
To update event items:
- Go to Production on the left side panel.
- Click Event Production.
- Click on Event Items (Production Team).
- On “From” and “To”, select the dates of the event items to view.
- Click on Refresh.
- Click on the Check boxes to select an event.
- You are able to click to Add Recipe, Add Beverage, Add Equipment, Add Staff, Add Miscellaneous and enter an On The Fly Entry.
- To Event Peek Reporting, click the pencil icon on the Action column.
