Involves the tracking and management of individual items of equipment or assets using unique serial numbers or identifiers. This process includes recording detailed information about each serialized item, such as its serial number, description, acquisition date, location, maintenance history, and current status. Serialized equipment management enables businesses to monitor the life cycle of individual assets, track their movement and usage, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
You can manage the equipment by serial numbers making the inventory much easier
To manage equipment fulfillment:
- Go to Production on the left side panel.
- Click Event Production.
- Click on Serial Numbers.
- On “Dates From” and “To”, select the dates of the event items to view.
- On Select Mode, you can choose to see only Delivery or Pickup information.
- Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select A Report...” and select the report you want to view.
- Click on the Check boxes to select an event.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
- There are two tabs name Events and Equipment select to see accordingly.
