Equipment Usage Reporting

This section involves tracking and analyzing data related to the utilization of equipment within a business or organization. This reporting process includes recording information such as the frequency of equipment usage, duration of use, operational hours, and the purposes for which the equipment is utilized. Equipment usage reporting helps businesses monitor equipment performance, assess efficiency, identify trends, and make informed decisions about equipment maintenance, replacement, and optimization.

Review equipment usage between the Delivery and Pickup dates. 

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Equipment Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Equipment Usage Reporting.

  5. On “Delivery Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

  6. Click on Refresh.

     

  7. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 

  8. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

     

  9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
