Equipment Requirements Reporting by Pickup Dates
This section involves documenting and analyzing data on the equipment needed to be picked up by specific dates to fulfill operational or project requirements. This reporting process includes identifying the types, quantities, and specifications of equipment scheduled for pick up, as well as the dates by which the equipment must be retrieved. Equipment requirements reporting by pick up dates helps businesses plan and coordinate equipment logistics, ensure timely returns or exchanges, and optimize equipment utilization for ongoing operations or projects.
- Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
- Click on Equipment Management.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Equipment Requirements by Pickup Dates.
- On “From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
