Equipment Requirements Reporting by Delivery Dates

Equipment requirements by delivery date refers to the specific needs and demands for equipment items to be delivered by a certain date to fulfill operational or project requirements within a business or organization. This includes identifying the types, quantities, and specifications of equipment needed, as well as the deadline by which the equipment must be delivered to meet operational timelines or project deadlines. Effective management of equipment requirements by delivery date ensures that necessary equipment is procured, prepared, and available on time to support business operations, projects, or activities.

1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
2. Click on Equipment Management.
3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
4. Click Equipment Requirements by Delivery Dates.
   
   
5. On “From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.
   
   

6. Click on Refresh.

   
   
7. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 
   
   

8. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

    

   

9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
