This includes selecting appropriate containers, securely packaging fragile items, labeling packages for easy identification, and ensuring that all equipment is packed efficiently to minimize damage and facilitate easy setup at the destination. Efficient equipment packing is essential for ensuring that catering operations run smoothly and that all necessary items are available for successful event execution.  **To set equipment packing times:** 1. Go to ***Production*** on the left side panel. 2. Click ***Event Production***. 3. Click on the **Check boxes** to select an event. 9.
