Equipment Packing

Equipment packing it refers to the process of carefully organizing and preparing all necessary equipment, utensils, and supplies for transportation to event venues or client locations. This includes selecting appropriate containers, securely packaging fragile items, labeling packages for easy identification, and ensuring that all equipment is packed efficiently to minimize damage and facilitate easy setup at the destination. Efficient equipment packing is essential for ensuring that catering operations run smoothly and that all necessary items are available for successful event execution. 

To set equipment packing times:

1. Go to Production on the left side panel.
2. Click Event Production.
3. Click on Equipment Packing.
   
   
4. On “From” and “To”, select the dates of the event items to view.
   
   
5. You can choose the Department and Staff select to see accordingly.
   
   
6. Click on Refresh.
   
   
7. Click on the drop-down “Select A Report...” and select the report you want to view.
   
   
8. Click on the Check boxes to select an event. 
   
   
9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
