Equipment overbooking reporting involves documenting and analyzing instances where equipment resources have been reserved or allocated beyond their available capacity or availability. This reporting process includes identifying overbooked equipment, tracking the reasons for overbooking, assessing the impact on operations and customer service, and implementing measures to mitigate overbooking in the future. Equipment overbooking reporting helps businesses identify inefficiencies in resource allocation, improve planning and scheduling processes, and ensure that equipment resources are effectively utilized to meet customer demand without exceeding capacity constraints.
To see reporting
- Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
- Click on Equipment Management.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Equipment Overbooking Reporting.
- On “Delivery Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
