Equipment Inventory Management

Create and Edit Equipment Inventory. 

To add a Equipment Inventory:

  1. Go to Production on the left side panel.
  2. Click Purchasing & Inventory.
  3. Click Inventory and Pricing.
  4. Click Equipment Inventory & Pricing Tools.

  5. Click New Entry.
  6. Fill out the information.
  7. Click on Save.

 

To edit a Equipment Inventory:

  1. Go to Production on the left side panel.
  2. Click Purchasing & Inventory.
  3. Click Inventory and Pricing.
  4. Click Equipment Inventory & Pricing Tools.

  5. Click the pencil icon on the Action column.

  6. Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save

  7. You can also increase the price of the equipment by percentage, by clicking on an equipment on the check boxes an then click the up down arrows on Increase Price to increase or decrease the percentage, once finished click on the button + Increase.

  8. If you click on Update Inventory, you'll be able to edit the Inventory On Hand, once you finish, click on Done.


 

To see reporting:


  1. Go to Production on the left side panel.
  2. Click Purchasing & Inventory.
  3. Click Inventory and Pricing.
  4. Click Equipment Inventory & Pricing Tools.

  5. Click on the drop-down “Select A Report...” and select the report you want to view. 

  6. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.

  7. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
