Equipment Fulfillment Management

Equipment fulfillment management involves overseeing the process of fulfilling equipment orders or requests within a business or organization. This includes tasks such as receiving equipment requests, sourcing the required items from inventory or suppliers, ensuring accurate picking and packing of equipment, and coordinating delivery or pickup logistics. Effective equipment fulfillment management ensures that equipment is delivered to customers or users on time and in the proper condition, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To manage equipment fulfillment:

  1. Go to Production on the left side panel.
  2. Click Event Production.
  3. Click on Fulfillment.

  4. On “Dates From” and “Dates To”, select the dates of the event items to view.

  5. Click on Refresh.

  6. Click on the drop-down “Select A Report...” and select the report you want to view.

  7. Click on the Check boxes to select an event. 

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.

  9. There are two tabs name Deliveries and Shorted Details select to see accordingly.
