Equipment Delivery Reporting
Equipment delivery reporting involves tracking and documenting the delivery of equipment to designated locations. It includes recording details such as the type of equipment delivered, quantity, delivery date, recipient, and any special instructions. This reporting process helps ensure accurate and timely delivery of equipment, facilitates inventory management, and provides a record of equipment transactions for tracking and auditing purposes.
- Go to Production in the left side panel.
- Click on Dispatching & Shipping.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Equipment Delivery Reporting.
- On “Delivery Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
