Email Threading
Users can keep track of the emails sent to a client by initiating the email contact through the Elecate application.
- Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel
- Click on Events & Order Management, the Event Management window will show
- Select Event Management All Status Types Included
- Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row
- Go to the Email Tab
- To send a new email click on the email icon, this will open your default email application.
- It is important you do not remove any of the information automatically generated on the email.
- After sending the email you will be able to find it on the Email tab.
