Email Threading

Users can keep track of the emails sent to a client by initiating the email contact through the Elecate application. 

  1. Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel  
  2. Click on Events & Order Management, the Event Management window will show 
  3. Select Event Management All Status Types Included 
  4. Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row 
  5. Go to the Email Tab 
  6. To send a new email click on the email icon, this will open your default email application. 
  7. It is important you do not remove any of the information automatically generated on the email. 
  8. After sending the email you will be able to find it on the Email tab.
