Edit an Existing Customer

Excepting the customer ID you can edit all the customer information from the Customer Sales and Marketing Management window.

To access the Customer Sales and Marketing Management window go to:

  • On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
  • Go to Customer (CRM)
  • Click on Customer Management
  • Go to Customer Sales and Marketing Management
  • Open the Customer by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the customer row.

1. Here you can upload/change the customers picture.

2. With this option you can delete the picture.

3. Use this selection to add/change an Organization.

4. When clicking this icon you will be required a rename password (this password can be changed on the Legacy Settings). 

After entering the password you will be able to edit the customer's name.

5. Here you can change de contact's address.

6. On this section you can update the contact info such as phone numbers, email, website.

7. Using this dropdown you can add/change the salesperson.

8. Here you can add/change mail type.

9. Here you can set the customer's status and priority.

 

Remember to click on Save after making your changes.
