Step 1: Downloading the App
For iOS users
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Search for ‘Elecate Sales & Client’ in the App Store’s Search Bar
- Find the Sales & Client App in the results and click on it
- Tap ‘Get’ to download and install the app
For Android users
- Open the Google Play Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Search for ‘Elecate Sales & Client’ in the App Store’s Search Bar
- Find the Sales & Client App in the results and click on it
- Tap ‘Install’ to download and install the app
Step 2: Logging into the App
Once the app is installed, you can log in to access your business data
- Open the Elecate Sales & Client App on your device
- Enter your Elecate Username and Password [Same login as Elecate Desktop]
- Tap ‘ Sign In’ to access your Elecate Dashboard
