# Dispatching Pickup Management Window

On the “Dispatching Pickup Management Window” you can coordinate the pickup of the equipment after the event.

1. Go to: **Production \>  Dispatch & Shipping \> Shipping\> Dispatch Pick Up Window.**
2. Select the Event Status.
3. Using the calendar tool select the date range.
4. Click “Refresh”
5. Select the event by marking the checkbox.

Now you can navigate to the “Pickup Info” tab to view/edit the pickup information, add delivery directions, add contact information, etc. Also, on the “Changes” tab you will find the history of changes made to this event.
