Delivery Rules

Here, you will set the Delivery Rules (defaults).

In Delivery, Pick-Up Defaults, you can set the number of days prior to and after an event that are needed for delivery and pick-up.

In Required Delivery Details, click the checkboxes to confirm if there are certain times for Equipment, Food, and Pick-Up.

In Hours Before/After, you can set the number of hours prior to and after an event that are needed for delivery and pick-up.

In Contact Information, you can also opt to “Require Delivery Contact Name & Phone Number” when inputting delivery information into a new event or order. By setting this default, your salesperson will not be able to save the delivery information without including a site contact.

You can also Set Default Business Hours for your company. The checkbox to the right is available for you to use the defaults.

Lastly, under Prompt Delivery Location, you can “Update Delivery Location when Changing Event Location.” This will automatically update if you change your event venue.
