      Deactivate Sales Rep

      Deactivating accounts that are no longer in use is a best practice for maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

      To deactivate a sales rep:

      1. On the side panel go to General Setup
      2. Go to Marketing
      3. Select Create and Edit Sales People
      4. Open the Sales Person Entry Window by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the Sales Person row.
      5. Turn off the Is Active toggle to deactivate the sales rep.
      6. Click Save.
