Customer Rewards Reporting
Customer rewards reporting involves documenting and analyzing data related to loyalty programs or rewards offered to customers. This reporting process includes tracking information such as customer participation, rewards earned, redemption, and the effectiveness of the rewards program in driving customer engagement and loyalty. Customer rewards reporting helps catering companies assess the impact of their loyalty initiatives, identify trends or patterns in customer behavior, and make informed decisions to optimize rewards programs and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
To see reporting:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click on Customer (CRM).
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Customer Rewards Reporting.

On “Event Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
