Customer Last Event.
This section will allow you to track the customer last event in on a date range

To see reporting:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click on Customer (CRM).
- Click on Customer Marketing.
- Click Customer Last Event.
- On “No events since”, select the date of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.

Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
To edit a customer's last event:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click on Customer (CRM).
- Click on Customer Marketing.
- Click Customer Last Event.
- Click the pencil icon on the Action column.
- Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save.
