From the Event Information window

To go to Event Information:

  1. Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
  2. Click Event & Order Management.
  3. Click Create New Event Orders.

 

To see the CRM on the Event Information:

  1. Go to the CRM tab.

  2. On CRM Action, here you can keep record of the last interaction you have with the client as well as set To Do Reminders and Call Backs.

  3. On CRM Log, in this section you can add Calls and visits registry.

  4. On Stored Files, you can include files regarding to the client and event.
