From the Event Information window
To go to Event Information:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click Event & Order Management.
- Click Create New Event Orders.
To see the CRM on the Event Information:
- Go to the CRM tab.
- On CRM Action, here you can keep record of the last interaction you have with the client as well as set To Do Reminders and Call Backs.
- On CRM Log, in this section you can add Calls and visits registry.
- On Stored Files, you can include files regarding to the client and event.
