Configuration

From the On Premise Rooms All Cost Centers

To go to On Premise Rooms All Cost Centers:

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click Venue Management.
  3. You can find this tab in On-Premise Rooms All Cost Centers - All Status and Active On-Premise Rooms By Cost Centers.

 

To see the Configuration on the On Premise Rooms All Cost Centers:

  1. Click on New Entry.

  2. Go to the Configuration tab.

  3. On Seating click on +Add to create and edit venue seating, you can fill out Seating Type, Minimum, Set Up, Rental, Venue ID, Is Active, Maximum and Takedown.


  4. On Rates click on +Add to create and edit venue rates, you can fill out Event Type, Start Time, End Time, Day of week, Amount, Minimum, Addl Hours, Addl Event, Is Active.


  5. On Minor Room Configurations click on +Add to create and edit venue configurations, you can fill out Minor Room and a switch if the configuration Is Active.
