Clear in-use

Events are locked when a user is editing the event to avoid multiple changes at the same time. If a user stayed in the event but is no longer editing you can clear the user from the event by following these steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
  2. Go to User Management
  3. Search for the user you want to clear from the event.
  4. Open the user by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the user row.
  5. Click Clear In-Use.
  6. Enter the Event ID
  7. Click Submit.
