Clear in-use
Events are locked when a user is editing the event to avoid multiple changes at the same time. If a user stayed in the event but is no longer editing you can clear the user from the event by following these steps:
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to User Management
- Search for the user you want to clear from the event.
- Open the user by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the user row.
- Click Clear In-Use.
- Enter the Event ID
- Click Submit.
