Callbacks

This Marketing section hosts the salesperson’s call back to-do list.

  1. Go to Sales & Marketing.
  2. Click Customer (CRM).
  3. Click Marketing Tools.
  4. Click on Callbacks.

  5. At the top, you can choose to view Event Callbacks, Prospect Callbacks, or Customer Callbacks in the section below. You can sort, filter, or search if you are looking for a specific callback entry. These entries are populated from the CRM windows where you entered in the callback information.

     


     

  6. The bottom section is for all of the Upcoming Events. A salesperson can filter the list to only view their own events.

  7. At the very bottom, there are two options for reporting on this window: Callbacks All Departments and Pending Events for Callbacks.

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
