This includes capturing information such as the requester's name, contact information, reason for the callback, preferred callback time, and any relevant notes. By utilizing the calendar tool, you have the ability to view all the callbacks that were made on a specific date. 1\. On the side panel go to ***Sales & Marketing*** 2\. Click on ***Customer (CRM)*** 3\. Select ***Marketing Tools*** 4\.
