From the Event Information Window
To go to Event Information:
- Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
- Click Event & Order Management.
- Click Create New Event Orders.
To see the CRM on the Event Information:
- Go to the Calendar tab.
- On Customer History, you can choose a customer and the calendar is where you can select the day choose for the event and plan accordingly.
