Billing Tab

From Event Information (Create New Event Orders)

To go to Event Information:

  1. Go to Sales & Marketing in the left side panel.
  2. Click Event & Order Management.
  3. Click Create New Event Orders.

 

To see the Billing on the Event Information:

  1. Go to the Billing tab.

  2. On Customer Billing Information, in this section you can find Customer Name, Billing Name, Billing Contact, Address, City, State, Country and Zip Code 

  3. On Billing Details, in this section you can add Billing Contact Phone, Email Address, Accounting Export, Customer Terms, Purchase Order, Center # Sponsor Name, Account.

  4. On Payment Information, you can include for credit card information like Card Type, Name on Card, Card Number, Card Expiration and include ACH information like Name on Account, Routing Number, Account No, Customer ID, Type and ID Type.

  5. On Customer Billing Notes, in this section you can add any note regarding payment or deposits (e.g. "down payment for 5k"). In case you want print a report selected and then click on "Print To". When you finish filling the information click the "Save" button.
