If there is a commission active the switch that says "Commissionable"

Review Credit Card Details

• Card Type

• Name on Card 
• Card Expiration 

To successfully add the Credit Card Information click on the "Add/Edit Card Info" button, and if you need Delete the Credit Card, hit in the button call "Delete Credit Card" 

Review ACH Details 

• Name on Account
• Routing Number 
• Account No 
• Customer ID 
• Type 
• ID Type
