Overview of Beverage Packages In the Beverage Management section, the third tab is dedicated to beverage item packages. This feature allows you to streamline the process of sending consistent types of beverages to events. For instance, you might have different beverage packages such as retail brands, standard brands, and premium brands. Additionally, you could create a package that includes only mixers, which can be added to any event as a separate option. This section is also useful for crafting drink recipes.
How to see Beverage Packages:
1. On the side panel go to Data Items
2. Click on Beverage Management
3. Select Beverage Package Management
On this page, users can create packages and select the items they wish to include. They can also modify existing packages by adding new items or removing current ones
If the user wants to edit an existing Beverage Package, they just need to click on the pen icon, then they can click either on the Beverage Details or Beverage Components tab.
On the Beverage Details Tab, the user can update the Beverage Name, turn on or off the Active option, change the Event Type and Master Filter, additionally they can update the Total Price of the package and the Per Guest Price.
If the user wants to create a new package, they just need to click on the New Entry, then enters a Beverage Name, choose an Event Type and Master Filter, into the Beverage Package Breakdown they need to enter the Number of Guests, set the Total Price and Per Guest Price, the last section is the Description field, on this section the user has the option to add a Proposal or Internal description.
Next Tab is the Beverage Components: On this section we just need to select the Beverage items that we wish to add, additionally you can include the substitution items.
