Beverage Management (All Items)

Beverage management involves the oversight and administration of all aspects related to beverages within a hospitality or food service establishment. This includes sourcing and procuring beverages, managing inventory levels, pricing and menu planning, storage and handling, staff training, quality control, sales and marketing strategies, and regulatory compliance. Effective beverage management aims to optimize profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure a diverse and appealing beverage selection that aligns with the establishment's brand and target market.

This window returns all items in the database regardless of their Is Active flag.

 

To add a new beverage:

  1. Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
  2. Click Beverage Management.
  3. Click Beverage Management (All Items)

  4. Click New Entry.

  5. Fill out the information.

  6. Click on Save.

 

To edit an existing beverage:

  1. Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
  2. Click Beverage Management.
  3. Click Beverage Management (All Items)

  4. Click the pencil icon on the Action column.

  5. Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save
