[Accounting Tools](https://faq.elecate.com/faq/finance-accounting?hsLang=en#accounting-tools) # Accounting Exports Window The Accounting Exports Window allows users to extract financial and payroll-related data from Elecate and export it for use in external accounting, payroll, reporting, or auditing systems. This tool helps organizations move transactional data out of Elecate into spreadsheet or accounting software formats, improving financial analysis, reconciliation, and integration processes. Proper use of Accounting Exports ensures accurate data sharing between operational and financial systems.   The Accounting Exports Window allows users to: - Select an Export Type - Define a reporting date range - Refresh data - Select one or more export records - Export data to CSV format for external use **To see reporting:** 1. Go to ***Finance & Accounting*** in the left side panel. 2. Click on ***Accounting Tools***. 3.
