Create and Edit Mail Types
Here you can create/edit the mailing lists that you will have available from the “Marketing Info” tab.
How to create a new mail type:
- Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
- Click on “New Entry”
- Type the name
- Select if you want the mail type to be active
- Click Save & Close
To edit an existing mail type:
- Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
- Search for the name of the mail type you want to edit.
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Here you can edit the name or change the status (active/inactive).
- Click Save & Close
To delete an existing mail type:
- Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
- Search for the name of the mail type you want to delete.
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Click on the dropdown from the “Save” button
- Select Delete & Confirm
(note: your user must have authorization to delete events or base data items.)
