Create and Edit Mail Types

Here you can create/edit the mailing lists that you will have available from the “Marketing Info” tab.

 

How to create a new mail type:

  1. Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
  2. Click on “New Entry”
  3. Type the name
  4. Select if you want the mail type to be active
  5. Click Save & Close

To edit an existing mail type:

  1. Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
  2. Search for the name of the mail type you want to edit.
  3. Click on the pencil icon.
  4. Here you can edit the name or change the status (active/inactive).
  5. Click Save & Close

To delete an existing mail type:

  1. Go to: General Setup > Marketing > Create and Edit Mail Types
  2. Search for the name of the mail type you want to delete.
  3. Click on the pencil icon.
  4. Click on the dropdown from the “Save” button
  5. Select Delete & Confirm

(note: your user must have authorization to delete events or base data items.)
