Release Notes 9.6.25:

1. Adding a Magnifying Glass button feature in the event customer notes to show Customer Task and notes modal:

  • It was added a Magnifying Glass button on the "Event" editor modal window, within the "Customer" tab, inside the "Marketing Info" section, underneath the "Customer Notes" and Next to the right of "Notes" 
    • When the user presses that button, then the "Customer Task & Notes" modal window must appear 
    • The button must be on the color grey palette as the other icons shown in the screenshot above.

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2.Click on Event & Order Management

3. Select Event Management - All Status Types Included

4. In the Customer Tab, go to the Marketing Info section and click on the loop

2. Assigning more staff to an event, so that I can have a proper number of people in the event:

  • Role: Authenticated Operations Manager
  • Goal: Add additional staff to an event
  • Action: Use the "New" button to assign staff
  • Outcome: Assigned staff receive a notification

1. On the left side panel, go to Production

2. Click on Event Staffing

3. Select Staff Production Scheduling

4. From the Calendar pick the event´s date, on the right side of the screen, choose the event ID by double clicking on it

5. In the next window, the user will be able to see the staff added to the event, from the same window, they will have the option to add new staff members by clicking on New


3. Creating the API Keys for the Grinnell College Catering Client for Blazor:

API Key Generation:
    • Generate unique API keys for the Grinnell College Catering Client.
    • Ensure the API keys are securely stored and managed.
 Integration with Blazor:
    • Integrate the generated API keys into the Blazor application.
    • Ensure the Blazor client uses the API keys to authenticate requests to the backend services.
Security:
    • Implement measures to protect the API keys from unauthorized access.

4. [Migration] Configuring Account-Specific URL for Grinnell College Catering client in production Environment:

Add a pre-production environment URL to point to the Grinnell College Catering Client account. 
 URL: grinnellcollegecatering.elecate.net
5. Wanting to activate all the sub-recipe previously deactivated:
  • The RMFC users can have access to the sub-recipes that were deactivated when the recipes were too. (Not in used prior 1/1/2023)
  • The sub-recipes can show in the Recipes Management window so the user can edit this information
  • All the sub-recipe data can be fully restored
