1.  Order Status Update Logic

Improved the order status workflow in the Shopping Cart to ensure orders transition to the appropriate status only after the required business conditions have been met.

What changed?

•  Updated the order status logic to prevent orders from being automatically marked as Confirmed when they are saved.

• Orders now remain in their appropriate status until the required payment is completed, the associated contract is signed, or the status is updated from the Core application.

• Aligned the Shopping Cart behavior with the expected order lifecycle.

Impact:

• Prevents orders from being confirmed prematurely.

• Ensures order statuses accurately reflect the completion of required payment and contract processes.

• Improves consistency between the Shopping Cart and the Core application.

2. Recurring Order Financial Details

Improved recurring order generation to ensure all financial information from the original order is preserved and displayed correctly.

What changed?

• Updated recurring order processing to retain taxes and additional charges from the original order.

• The Order Detail view now displays all applicable taxes and additional charges for recurring orders.

• Ensures recurring orders accurately reflect the financial details of the original order.

Impact:

• Provides a complete and accurate financial breakdown for recurring orders.

• Maintains consistency between original and recurring orders.

• Reduces discrepancies when reviewing or managing recurring order pricing.
