Release Notes 3.28.25:

1. Sorting the departments in the Proposal Tab:

The departments will have the following order: Recipe, Beverages, Equipment, Staff and Miscellaneous. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Event & Order Management

3. Select Event Management - All Status Types Included

4. Open an event by clicking on the pen icon

5. Go to the Proposal Tab

2. Updating in the ¨Prep Quantification Window¨ the ¨Update¨ prompt once updating from the event to the master level:

  • User Prompt: When a user makes changes to Recipe Prep items and clicks "Edit Master Data," they should receive the prompt: "You are about to update the Master Recipe Prep Data with your changes from this Event Prep."
  • Column Renaming:
    • Rename the "Directions" column to "Production Notes."
    • Rename the "Prep Item Type" column to "Prep Area."
  • Recipe Description: Ensure the "Description" header and its text are on the same line.
  • Binding Change: Bind "Prep Item Type" to "Prep Area" instead of "Prep Type."
  1. On the left side panel, go to production
  2. Go to main kitchen view
  3. Select an existing record and go to the prep quantification modal window
  4. Once you do so, click on a recipe on the left side that has recipe prep on the right side
  5. Then, click on the "Edit Master Data"
  6. Change data on the master level for the recipe you selected.
  7. Save & close
  8. Once you go back to the prep quantification screen after making the changes on the master level, you need to receive a prompt stating that if you want to update the data that you see on that event with the changes you made at the master level.
  9. Also
    • We need to rename the "Directions" column to "Production Notes"
    • Is it possible to move the Description onto the same line as the Description? Instead of two lines, it would be on one line.

3. Wanting the POS/Web Item information to pop up when enabling a recipe for the web:

  • Modal Display: When the "web enabled" toggle is turned on for an item, a modal should appear showing the POS/Web Item information.
  • Details Included: The modal should include the following details:
    • Department
    • Source table
    • Web division
    • Web group
    • Item name
  • Recipe Items: This functionality should be effective for recipe items.
  • Trigger: The modal should pop up every time the "web enabled" toggle is enabled.
  • Read-Only Fields: The department, source table, and item name should be read-only.

4. Having a toggle for items to be displayed only in packages on the Online Portal:

An Administrator will be able to manage items from the Online Portal, they will see a toggle option to mark the item as ¨Menu Item Only¨.

4. Go to the Web Details Tab

5. Detailing and adjusting the order details and guest tags to improve the display in the proposal window:

The Order Detail & Guest Label were moved all the way to the left.

6. Wanting a verification of 'IsExported' Rule Application in Customer Table Post-Export:

Ensure the "IsExported" functionality triggers correctly when a user performs a Customer Export. On the "Customer Financial" window, for a customer record:
  • Add a read-only switch to indicate whether the customer has been exported.
  • The switch should display "Yes" if the record has been exported and "No" if it has not.

4. Open an existing record by clicking on the pen icon

7. Editing the Master Data Level, we need to refresh the event level information into the ¨Prep Quantification Window¨:

  • Prep Quantification Window: When a user selects a recipe on the left side and clicks the "Edit Master Data" button on the right side.
  • Master Data Changes: If the user makes changes at the master data level for the selected recipe and then clicks "Save & Close" on the modal window.
  • Prompt in Prep Quantification Window: Upon returning to the Prep Quantification Window, the user should receive a prompt asking: "Do you want to update the recipe prep items for this event with your recent changes at the master data level?"

  1. On the left side panel, go to production
  2. Go to Main Kitchen View
  3. Select an existing record and go to the prep quantification modal window
  4. Once you do so, click on a recipe on the left side that has recipe prep on the right side
  5. Then, click on the "Edit Master Data"
  6. Change data on the master level for the recipe you selected.
  7. Save & close
  8. Once you go back to the prep quantification screen after making the changes on the master level, you need to receive a prompt stating that if you want to update the data that you see on that event with the changes you made at the master level.
