Release Notes 1.30.25:

1. Running some scripts for the Classic Catering client:

The following scripts were run in Classic Catering: 

  • vwPropAvBackgroundImage,
  • vwRecipeDietTypeAllergens

2. Implementing this new payment service in Empower:

It was developed and integrated the new authorized.NET payment service into the Empower platform, ensuring the service supports all required payment methods and operations. Credit card payments are processed through authorize.net, credit card and ACH payments are registered on authorize.net, credit card and bank account information is stored in authorize.net. 

3. Making some Adjustments to the "Corp Proposal Financial" Report:

The report name was changed from "Corp Proposal Financial" to "Proposal Summary Page" in the drop down. The report now reflects the "Roll Up" logic that was implemented on the Proposal tab, meaning, when the roll up is toggled on for two or more categories, those line items do not print, and instead, the roll name, description, and price prints. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Event & Order Management

3. Select Event Management - All Status Types Included

4. Open an event by clicking on the pen icon

5. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the report field that says: Selected, click on it and choose a report.

4. Implementing the void transaction functionality from Authorize.Net on Blazor:

It was implemented the Void Transaction functionality from Authorize.Net on Blazor, in order to process void transaction on different charges for an account. 

5. Implementing the Update Proposal Button with Lock/Unlock Functionality:

A button labeled "Update Proposal" has been added to the proposal tab, with the drop down options of Lock Proposal and Unlock Proposal being available, when the proposal is locked, if a user adds items to their order details (ex: adds 5 bottles of coke for $25), that addition (neither the dollar amount or the revenue code line item) will be added to the proposal.

When the proposal tab is unlocked, any items that are added to order details will automatically flow through to the proposal tab, the default setting should be unlocked.

6. Implementing a new menu window, in the "Kitchen Production" window:

It was implemented a new menu called "Recipe Production by Prep Date" within the "Kitchen Production" window that can be found on production to add reports for Menu Prep Date. The menu was placed above the "Food Production and Scheduling Reporting".
Additionally, it was created a new USP based on the Prep Date (not the Food Delivery Date, and you can use the existing USP from Food Production and Scheduling Reporting) in order to allow the correct mapping within the new menu window.

7. Bringing over from WPF the "International Customer Address Information" that can be found in the Customer Financial Information Window to Blazor:

It was implemented the functionality of the modal pop-up window called "International Customer Address Information" that can be found in the "Customer Financial Information" window in WPF, in order for users to add any international information for their clients. 

This button was placed as well in the "Customer Sales and Marketing Management" modal window.

4. Open an event by clicking on the pen icon

5. On the Customer tab, go to the Contact Info section on the right side, in here you will find the International Customer Address. 

8. Having a checkbox to select all package components in Menu Builder:

 A checkbox has been implemented in the Menu Builder that allows you to select 
all the components of the package.

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Event & Order Management

3. Select Main Sales View Window

4. Click the grid icon to open Menu Builder

5. On the side panel, expand the PACKAGES section

9. Having selected Prep Area field displayed as a grid of chips:

A UI improvement of the Prep Area dropdown field on the Recipe Prep Information screen has been made. Already selected Prep Areas will display in blue chips, and a drop down will remain to allow the user to select additional areas. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Production

2. Click on Kitchen Management

3. Select Main Kitchen View

4. Open an event with recipes

5. Add or edit a prep item -> open the Recipe Prep Information Window

6. See the Prep Area dropdown

7. This is the field to be reformatted with the blue chips as shown above

10. Adding billing IsExported column to the Payments grid in OrderDetails, CustomerFinancial:

The billing IsExported column has been added to the Payments grid in OrderDetails, CustomerFinancial, when the Flag is checked that row should be marked as ReadOnly.
