1. Implementation of the Keycloack authentication tool into the Email threading functionality that exist in the Elecate App: 

It was added the Keycloack authentication in the email threading functionality that we have in Cikume Tenant, so it can be used the authentication token that keycloak provides for the authentication services. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Event & Order Management

3. Select Event Management - All Status Types Included

4. Choose an event and go to the Email tabs. 



2. Seeing all the Event Type options in the filter and not just the ones shown on the current page:
If the user goes to the ¨Event Information¨ modal window and want to filter by ¨Event Type¨, they should be able to see all the event type listed on that window regardless of the event type. 

1. At the top of the screen, on the left side, you will find 4 different icons (Event Calendar, Delivery Calendar, Venue Calendar and Callbacks)

2. Click on the first icon Event Calendar

3. Select an event by clicking on it

4. Check the column that says: Event Type and Status Text

When the user filter by event type, all event types will be shown, not only those of the page you are currently on. 


3. Increasing the mail type field to 512:

It was increased the mail type field to 512.

1. On the left side of the panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Customer Marketing

3. Choose Customer Sales and Marketing Management

4. Select a customer by clicking on the pen icon or create a new by clicking on New Entry

5. On the Primary Contact tab, go to Marketing info section and look for Mail Type

4. Adding an implementation to refresh SSO token with OpenID Connect:
It was implemented a token refresh system in Elecate Web App with Open ID connect and SSO.
1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Customer (CRM)

3. Choose Customer Marketing

4. Select Customer Sales and Marketing Management

5. Open an event by clicking on the pen icon

6. Go to the email tab

5. Implementing the Email Threading functionality to the Prospect Window:

It was added to the Email Threading Tab on the Prospect Window, the following functions: Send emails, receive email, use the client´s email as a copy and reply function. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Customer (CRM)

3. Choose Lead/Prospect

4. Select Lead/Prospect Management

5. Go to the Email tab

6. Implementing the Email Threading functionality in the Marketing Customer Window:

It was added to the Email Threading Tab on the Marketing Window the following functions: Send emails, received emails, use the client´s email as a copy and reply function. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Customer (CRM)

3. Choose Customer Marketing

4. Select Customer Sales and Marketing Management

5. Open an event by clicking on the pen icon

6. Go to the email tab

7. Implementing the Email Threading functionality to the Financial Customer Window: 

It was added to the Email Threading Tab on the Financial Customer Window the following functions: Send emails, received emails, use the client´s email as a copy and reply function. 
1. On the left side panel, go to Finance & Accounting

2. Click on Customer Financials

3. Select Financial Management

4. Choose a customer by clicking on the pen icon

5. Go to the email tab

8. Changing the values of the variables related to the Email Threading tool for the Cikume Environment:

It was changed the values of the variables related to the Email Threading function for the Cikume Dev Environment. 

1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing

2. Click on Event & Order Management

3. Choose Event Management & All Status Types Included

4. Select an event 

5. Go to the email tab

9. Adding a new save button to the Setup Client tool:

It was added a new save button to the SetUp client Menu to confirm any new change in any of the steps from the tool. 

1. At the top of the screen, on the right side you will see the Gear Icon

2. Click on the Gear Icon

3. Look for Setup Client (second page)

4. Select Setup Client
