To manage the Mobile App Survey:

  1. On the side panel go to Sales & Marketing
  2. Click on Customer (CRM)

3.  Choose Marketing Tools
4.  Select Mobile App Survey

5. On this window, you can search by the Event ID or using the Date, check the score and comment provided by the customer.
