# Event Info

**Event Date/Times** 

- Date format M/D/YYYY   
  Click on the calendar and select date
- Start time click on the clock
- Ending time click on the clock
- For additional times Click on the additional times button and select all the schedule you want, you can set Setup and breakdown times and Service times, when finish click on the OK button.

- Total

**Status** 

- **Event Status** click on the drop down menu  and select the current status of the event (ex; Confirmed-Deposit Pend)
- **Contract Status**
- **Book Date:** Format M/D/YYYY
- **Event Response**

**Revision** 

Click on the arrows to go up or down the number of guests

**Event Notes** 

Here you can make notes for all the event.

- Setup Info
- Time and description
- Menu Notes
- Beverage Notes
- Equipment Notes
- Staff Notes
- Miscellaneous Notes

When you finish hit save button.
